ModHalo Sorry, it's been awhile since I last posted news here. But so you all know, ModHalo is not for sale anymore, and I'm still here. Phil December 6, 2004 ModHalo Well I'm sorry to say guys I'm probably leaving ModHalo. If anyone is intrested in buying it, just tell me. We started out with a crappy DreamWeaver template and some forums. Than we got a new template thanks to Pete and it's stayed. The forums got wiped and we rebuilt them, and got most of out members back. Than Peter left... and that was very discouraging, since he is my brother and been a Halo pal since January. It's all been fun, but since April or so it's pretty much just been downhill from there, so many people have left, HEK came, now no one really mods anymore, and lots of people feel left out because they can't map. It's all been fun, but it's been very very very discouraging, watching everything that we spent so much time and effort on just fall apart. Me, just like everyone else probably wants the good ole days back, back in January where modding was hard, but fun. Everyone was still around, no one had really left. Websites we're in their prime, modding contests we're going on. Halo modding is a dead cause. It came and it went and for the time it was a blast. If I have any buyers, if anyone wants to try and keep it going, just contact me, and this whole page, the forum, everything is yours to do what you want with it. I'm done, I'm out. Good bye. Phil August 20th, 2004 What's the big talk of ilovebees.com? Well there has been a lot of talk about ilovebees.com Well everybody has been trying to figure it out. As you know, Bungie likes to be tricky. Well with all the trying to figure out ilovebees.com several dates popped up. One of those dates was August 24th. Well now we know what's so special about August 24th. For more information, you can read this article. By the way you guys, if you have been wondering why I haven't been doing any updates, it's because I have been on vacation, been getting lazy, and don't get any help from Peter. Phil August 2, 2004 Duel Wielding Veegie and Madrox at Halomods have accomplished duel wielding (holding two of the same weapon at once). Although it doesn't look good in first person, it does like very good in third person. Phil July 6, 2004 Forum Wiped out ModHalo's forum has been wiped out. We have restored it the best we could. I have spent time, too much time, on halo. I need to move on. I am addicted, and I am trying to stop playing. I will remain an owner of the site with Phil, and will remain an admin at the forums. I will still work with photoshop, and may make some website designs. No promises. I tryed to leave the halo modding scene a while ago, but I am in too deep. Who knows, maybe I'll come back. Peter, June 22, 2004 Zanzibar A team of Halo modders have pulled together and will be doing a map remake of Zanzibar, the level featured in the Halo 2 in game multiplayer video. This is just their first update, they haven't done much work at all, so don't expect this level to be done any time soon. Have you been using our images?
