Graceful Friday
About: Ya, I'm Happy. :P
The end result was basically all mine, but there is definitely some stuff I based my work off of, or modified for my scene.

Markal: terrain
Eoin Armstrong: textures
Ocean's End
About: Wewt. I first made this fugly piece called 'The End.' It was essentially this, but crapier. I totally screwed up the sky. Well, with some free time I fixed up the sky and re-rendered it. As you can see, it's very colorful and has a much better name. =P
Saturdays
About: I was under a lot of stress from school. My sister was saying "It looks like someone has a case of the Mondays on a Thursday." So, I wanted to make something a little inspirational. I pulled this together using a terrain made by a guy named infernall.
I called it Saturdays, since we all love Saturdays..
Glass Water
About: I made this for one of our Youth Sundays. It turned out to be a nice background for worship (putting the lyrics up). I don't have much to say about it. It's just some random island in the middle of the "ocean" which is perfectly still.
Sandbar
About: This is another one of my favorites. I was actually working on this to try something different. I was going to Photoshop in a land bridge, but it didn't look too good or realistic so I just took it away, and walla!
Red Sunset
About: This is another cool one. I like how the mountains sort of silhouted in the background. That happened by random chance. I think I may work with the water and textures on this one. It has some good potential.
Fall by The River Night
About: This is my absolute favorite Terragen render I've made yet. It's another version of the one you see below. The water looks good, the sun is in a great place, setting in between the mountains, the textures look really cool with those ovals on the top of the mountains. I rendered this one for a contest again. The theme was scenery at dusk.
Fall by The River
About: More water! I like using water alot, otherwise it seems kind of boring. This is one of my favorites (scroll up to see a better version). I spent alot of time on the textures and I think they came out quite nice. There is a problem though: occasionally with Terragen, the edge of the water can look fake. As you can see, the left edge of the water is straight and squarish. I fixed this in the other version, just be increasing the depth of the water so you don't see this.
Cave
About: Creative aren't I? Yea, I don't put much thought into my titles. Anyway, this one was suppoused to be a cave, but because of the lighting it looks more like just an overhang. Since Terragen lacks the capability to do this (until the release of Terragen 2) I had to use Photoshop for it a bit. If you have a good eye, maybe you will be able to see it.
Night River
About: Surprise surprise. Another variation of the White River scene you saw earlier. I actually rendered this as a night scene for a contest.
White River Sunset
About: As you can see, this is just a variation of my other river picture below. Someone gave me the idea to change around the colors a bit, so I did.
White River
About: This was one of my first, good quality images. Other ones had bad skins and textures, as well as atmospheres and just looked horrible compared to this. I used several techniques to try and make the water look a bit iced over. It worked- somewhat.
Mornin' Mountaintop
About: This is another panorama taken in Sweden. It's on top of a mountain near the border of Norway. We went for a canoeing/hiking trip for several days out in the middle of nowhere.
Backyard Blues
About: I'm pretty happy because I finally found a worthwhile panorama program. It's free and called "Autostitch" if you're interested.
Anyway, this is a picture taken in my aunt's backyard in Uppsala, Sweden. I did a lot of work on it in Photoshop, as it was very gray and dull. I lightened it up a lot, brought out the yellows, greens, and blues so you can see the field, trees, and sky nicely.
East to West Print
About: You'll see alot of duplicates of images. I like to make prints, like I said for printing purposes. I just added a border to this, and resized it to a 5 x 7.
East to West
About: I took this picture at a lake in Maine. We go there every summer and stay at a very old family cottage. I went with my family, and friends: Nick, April, and Olivia. If you want to see more pictures you can see my brother's site (you need to be logged in. Talk to him about getting a login name and password). When I took this picture, it was raining in sheets. The picture was orginally pretty much all gray. Once again I changed the brightness and contrast, which brought out the water drops, and took away some of the gray color. Then, I messed around with the color and added a orangish color to it. Walla!
Autumn Days Print
About: This is the same picture you see below. I just added a border to this one, and resized to to 5 x 7 inches for printing purposes.
Autumn Days
About: I took this picture in Connecticut at a parent's friend's house. They had a really nice place with a river in their backyard. It was autumn, so it became a perfect picture. I didn't do much to manipulate this, I just messed with the brightness and contrast to make it look better.
